Back in 1978, the Martinez family business started manufacturing machines and utensils for the meat industry.

During the following years a global demand for these machines increased dramatically and consequently JUMAINOX has grown from strength to strength. Here at JUMAINOX we are currently leading specialists in the field of manufacturing machines for the production of cooked products for the meat sector, seafood products and ready meals.

In 2004 we transferred our facilities to the Business Park in Torrente, located just outside the city-centre of Valencia and from where we conduct our business in a 2,000m2 industrial unit.

We are currently recognised within our field as being one of the leaders in the Spanish market in terms of manufacturing machines for thermally treated food.
