Construction

Heavy-duty structure on four or six height-adjustable feet
Fine satin finish inside the cooking tank, to prevent gelatinous products, sugars, etc. from sticking.
Rockwool fiber insulation
Tilting lid with hinge auto-compensated by internal spring, except in the 50, 120 and 200 liter models. It allows the lid to remain in the desired position, and closes under its own weight when lowered to an angle of less than 10º, according to DIN 18855 Standard for cooking equipment. The 1000 -1500L model is manufactured with two covers.
Silicone gasket in accordance with FDA food safety regulations. It ensures a perfect closure of the lid and, consequently, prevents heat loss, in addition to achieving a homogeneous temperature inside the cooking tank
Valves for filling the tank with hot and cold water, manufactured by Echtermann
Tank emptying valve equipped with safety lever with 90º outlet, manufactured by Echtermann
Height adjustable stainless steel feet
Absence of corners and welds, to facilitate cleaning and avoid possible bacterial proliferation
Electrical Characteristics
Independent electrical panel with digital display. Automatic control by means of an Aditec MKA-120 programmer for time, end-of-cycle and temperature control by means of a PT-100 probe. Electronic programming option for any type of cooking. Start-up program at a predetermined time, up to 99 hours in advance. Wait time. End of cooking acoustic warning.

Hygiene
No corners and welds, to facilitate cleaning and avoid possible bacterial proliferation
The structure of the unit rests on feet with enough height so that the cleaning of the bottom part of the pot is very easy. The height of the feet is adjustable.

Our boiling pans incorporate maximum quality rock wool thermal insulation to offer greater personal protection to the user and improve the safety of the process, in addition to reducing heat loss, reducing the environmental impact and increasing the sustainability of the cooking process.
All electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, steam components, burners, insulation, etc. that we install in our cookers are from the world’s leading manufacturers and comply with the standards
All our boiling pans comply with the regulations and, where required, are verified by the following bodies: TÜV NORD Certification, TÜV NORD Cualicontrol, APPLUS Certification Technological Center and SCI Control & Inspection
They also conform to DIN 18855 for cooking equipment

A flue gas extraction pipe is required (not included). A smoke anti-revoking system must be installed in the extraction pipe, as indicated in section 3.4.3 of annex 1 of directive 90/396/CEE

Energy saving
Nuestras marmitas incorporan aislamientos térmicos de lana de roca mayor de máxima calidad para reducir la pérdida de calor, el impacto ambiental y aumentar la sostenibilidad del proceso de cocción, además de ofrecer una mayor protección personal al usuario y mejorar la seguridad del proceso
La tapa equipa una junta de silicona conforme a la normativa FDA de seguridad alimentaria, que asegura un perfecto cierre y, consecuentemente, evita la pérdida de calor, además de conseguir una temperatura homogénea en el interior del depósito de cocción
El procesador incluye un programa de puesta en marcha automática, tiempo de espera y un economizador automático de la potencia térmica
Control de calidad
Todas nuestras marmitas son estrictamente verificadas y testadas por nuestro departamento de Control de Calidad antes de su expedición. Cumplen con la Normativa y, en los casos en los que se requiere, son verificadas por los siguientes organismos: TÜV NORD Certification, TÜV NORD Cualicontrol, APPLUS Certification Technological Centery y SCI Control & Inspección
Llenado y vaciado
Nuestras marmitas equipan las conexiones roscadas de entrada de agua fría y caliente en la parte de atrás y la válvula de vaciado en la parte frontal, a la derecha. Pero pueden instalarse en otras posiciones, si fuera necesario.
